Inter- company Connected challenge – Quality of life at work week

Together we are stronger and we go further…
During the Quality of Life at Work week held from June 14th to 20th, Efor and CVO-Europe teams decided to participate in an inter-company challenge in partnership with Train Me and Reforest’Action.
The principle was to face challenges together, to move and to sensitize in a fun way while supporting an environmental project, that of restoring degraded soils and fighting against desertification in Piura, northern Peru. Our employees challenged themselves on four themes during this week: well-being, nutrition, physical activity, and eco-gestures.
The week’s program included:
Practicing daily physical activity through step counting challenge and online sports classes (cardio boxing, pilates, or circuit training),
Testing knowledge through short and effective quizzes,
Challenging oneself with photo challenges: yoga poses, eco-gestures, or balanced meals,
Deepening knowledge through digital workshops: facial yoga, relaxation, or improving sleep.
Six months after the integration of CVO-Europe into the group, this was a fabulous way to bring our teams together around the same cause and to collectively carry our commitments. Our employees played the game with a lot of energy, fun, and creativity, and rose to all the challenges of this QWL week.
The results of this week were impressive: Together, we took 4,820,516 steps, covering a distance of 3,526 km (equivalent to 184.91 tonnes of CO2), completed over 250 photo and video challenges, and supported the reforestation project by planting 10,700 trees.
